Deliveries

We deliver our e-kitchens right across the UK mainland. Certain postcodes require a small surcharge to cover transportation costs, which is covered in the map below. The leadtime on our kitchens is 5 weeks, so orders placed today will be available for delivery on week commencing basis 07/07/2025. Details on your e-kitchen delivery can be found below.

All deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Your specific day of delivery will be confirmed via email, and then by a call from our customer service team the week before your delivery is due. We will not be able to change your delivery day, but if the day is inconvenient, delivery can be pushed back by one week. Unfortunately our team will not be able to confirm the specific time of delivery, but the driver will call one hour before your delivery is due, so you can prepare for your order.

Your kitchen is delivered by a two person team, who will take the delivery into your home. For insurance purposes, our delivery team are only able to take the kitchen up 6 steps, and to a location 20 metres from where the vehicle can park. Should your delivery differ, this can be covered on your order, and our team will contact you to discuss. • Our delivery team will be wearing work boots, and for health and safety regulations cannot remove them. Please ensure your floor is protected prior to our delivery. All our units are delivered fully assembled, which offers lots of advantages over flat pack, but this can take up a lot of space on delivery. Please make sure you've room to store the kitchen before your fitter arrives.
